Hey there, I've got some exciting news to share- I've launched a new series on my YouTube channel with my girlfriend, called Salt & Peppa' and it's about one of our favorite things: FOOD. We're excited for all the recipes we'll be crafting, fun we'll be having and progress we'll be making!
The first episode covers a super easy and quick meal: Stuffed Pasta Shells
So let's get right into it...

Ingredients:
- Salt
- Peppa'
- Asparagus
- Lemon (2)
- Basil
- Jumbo pasta shells
- Feta cheese
- Ricotta cheese
- Montreal steak spice
- Lemon peppa'
- Red peppa' flakes

Cut lemons into fours to make it easier to squeeze when making the filling

Cut the basil into thin slices (+ any other greens you would want to add for color, texture and flavor)

We're going to be making asparagus as our side dish. To prep, align all the asparagus stems together and cut off the ends.

Left to right: basil (+ greens), lemons, ricotta cheese and feta cheese

Take 2 tablespoons of ricotta cheese, 1 tablespoon of feta cheese, a handful of greens and then squeeze 1/4-1/2 lemon. Repeat this 3x (we were only using a small bowl & measured it this way)

Add salt, black peppa', lemon peppa', montreal steak spice and red pepper flakes. Add as much as your flavor liking goes (we did about 3 shakes of each spice).
MIX IT ALL IN!

While you were making your filling, you could have also been boiling your pasta. Just follow the box's instructions - it works every time.

Once the pasta shells are ready, fill them up with your delicious filling!
Then put them on an oven-safe tray and pop them into the oven for ~20 minutes (oven should be pre-heated at 350 °F)

As your shells are being baked - steam your asparagus by placing it in a pot with 3 cups of water.
Once the asparagus has a rich/vibrant green coloring to it, drain any excess water from the pan.
Add olive oil and montreal steak spice to the asparagus and cook for ~6 minutes (not too much so that it does not wilt).

Once everything is done, pour some pasta sauce over the shells (just heat up your favorite sauce in a pan) and THAT'S IT - easy & delicious!

Let us know any of your favorite dishes!
