Obsession: Nina Sky & Their Sisterly Steez

I've been meaning to make this post for a while, but better late than never, right? Quite some time ago I was scrolling through Tumblr at 2am (as we all do) and I came across a couple of pictures of two ladies with the most incredible style (to my liking - I know, I know...we all like different things). When I looked at the "tags" I realized it was Nina Sky (aka Natalie and Nicole Albino) - mind blown. Yes, the twins that made you shake your ass to "Move Ya' Body" when it was playing on the radio 24/7 with a million different remixes you probably heard at a club. Their personal style growth from their hair color & cuts, to their body art down to their eclectic street-style vibed clothing choices makes me love them even more (and inspired me to stop being a pansy and really start my own personal style transition). Their style hasn't been the only evolution - they also have new music that I've been jammin' to (check it out one of my fave songs below).
If you don't remember what they looked like before, click HERE to see how much they've transformed! Different times call for different vibes!

Obsession: Erin Wasson

Erin Wasson. Erin Wasson. Erin Wasson. She has been a style/lifestyle inspiration for so long now and it's surprising that I didn't make a post on her any earlier. I don't know if there's any other person that could look as phenomenal as she does from behind, contorted, blurry, eyes closed, and hair in face. She has such a classic edge to her that is inspiring to me. Simply put: she's my icon.
PS: Listen to what's been on repeat for me recently, Grimes is fantastic! Enjoy!

Obsession | Lana Del Rey

Ever since an old high school friend (Alexis) posted a video, I've been hooked on miss Lana Del Rey. Whether you know her from her former Lizzy Grant days or are just listening to her songs for the first time today, it's hard to ignore her "Gangster Nancy Sinatra" ways, as she claims. She's oozing with old Hollywood glamour and setting some 60's styled ballads mixed with modern pop as the new sound in the music industry. With her self-made videos for 'Video Games', 'Diet Mountain Dew' and 'Blue Jeans', she's set herself as a creative soul. She landed the cover of British Vogue (among many others) and recently won a Brit Award for International Breakthrough Artist (and no she's not the same like Adele, they're two completely different genres). Her record, "Born to Die" went #1 in 11 countries in its release and Mulberry even named a new bag after her (the "Del Rey")! I don't care if her lips are fake or real or if she doesn't hit every note in her live performances...there's no one quite like her and I love her for it. I even bought her physical CD to support her, that's how obsessed I am with her. I love "Radio", "National Anthem", "Dark Paradise", "Off To the Races"...who am I kidding, I love anything by her. She can do no wrong in my eyes! Have you seen her sick style?! PS: Check out her video for 'Born to Die' if you want some seriously gorgeous cinematography!
