Lime Crime Collection

Hiya! I just posted a new video on my channel showcasing my current Lime Crime collection and you can check that baby out below! I am completely in love with the Velvetines formula (colors at the end of the vid) and the general unique smooth & opaque application you get from all of their lipsticks. Sounds Like Noise

Happy Friday! I'm pretty sure I jinxed myself in the last post where I talked about Chicago weather getting better because it has been gloomy all.week.long. At least something bright came into my life - the newest addition to my lipstick collection named "Sounds Like Noise" by MAC. On their website they say:

"Colour plus texture for the lips that made M·A·C famous. Limited-edition shade of Sounds Like Noise, a true bright orange inspired by Hayley Williams."

It was an online exclusive/limited edition & inspired by the awesome Hayley Williams from Paramore, so you know that means - I had to have it. I definitely agree that it is a true orange - not reddish, not pinkish, but a real orange on your lips. It says it's a "matte" finish, but I think it's a bit creamier than matte and that's a-okay with me. One thing to consider when buying: it definitely settles on the lines/cracks of your lips - so you better scrub your lips and moisturize before putting this baby on! Final verdict? I'm in love.

Secret Beauty Junkie

I think that a lot of people do not know that I'm a closet beauty products freak. Let's be real, Sephora makes my heart skip more than just a beat. Also, Christine from SeoulandPfassion does some pretty awesome 'Beauty Fix' posts and inspired me to post this and some other ones in the future, maybe?
I can say it all really started with my sister and her emerging obsessions some years ago and I caught the bug. However, I don't buy something every week - I just let my wants accumulate and then splurge a little bit here and there. Plus, Sephora has such a bomb VIB Rewards program, it makes it hard to not spend some $ there.

So, I thought I'd order some goodies and got some fantastic plus sized samples with it and you can check out the pics below :)
